It's that time of year again, tools down ready for a wee Christmas break 🎄🎅 I just want to thank you all again for your continued support for the business. It means alot to me 🙏

As some of you may know already, towards the end of last year I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, or as I'm 41, Young Onset Parkinson's Disease (YOPD). So this year has been a challenge at times, but I've managed make it work with the help of Kevin, who some of you have had the pleasure of meeting this year. Kevin is fully trained, an extremely hard worker and friendly guy 😊 Some days it will be both of us, and on others it will just be Kevin so I can focus on looking after my health.

I wanted to let you all know about this because following my diagnosis I realised the importance of raising awareness about YOPD. Most people think that Parkinson's is just something that affects us later in life but people are diagnosed as early as their 20's. The symptoms of YOPD are also different. Thankfully I can still carry on with the business with help, and if anything, it should help me as keeping active and moving is essential for fighting this- and this job is definitely physical! 🤣

So thank you all again for your support and I hope to see you in 2024 🎉

Customer in BT8 called us out as they had a light coloured sofa that a hot water bottle had leaked on about 6 months ago and had left a bad watermark. They had tried some home solutions to try get rid of the stain only to make it more prominent and causing browning around the stain to appear.
Upon first inspection I did think it looked pretty bad, but got to work by treating it with the correct procedure and products to end up completely getting rid of the watermark. Must say, I was very pleased with this one! 😄 As was the customer.

Not tackled a black-top job for a while, but good to get this carpet looking great again for the customer who was getting it cleaned for her mum coming home and was worried that it was beyond saving.
But we treated it with the proper products then heavily flushed it out with the spotting tool before using the wand on it and it came up fantastic 👌 A very Happy customer 😊

Great satisfaction in this one today. A customer had booked us in to clean the carpet in a rental property in Castlewellan as they were putting it up for sale. They weren't sure whether it was worth cleaning or if they should just replace the carpet as the last tenant had pets so there were quite a few patches of urine visible.

We advised the customer that we could certainty give it a go and they may be surprised at how well it may clean up. We mixed up a specialist urine remover product to pre-treat the stains and then flushed the dirt out with our machine.

The results speak for themselves 🌟

This Customer had tried a shop-bought cleaning product on a stain on the arm of a sofa. The product made the initial stain a lot worse. The problem with these products is that you're not flushing them out so the product just sits in the material of the sofa.

They were worried that permanent damage may have been done. But we inspected the material of the sofa and got to work by
